When you finally stop apologizing for finding comfort.

Ingredients:

Years of painted Yogurtland spoons, suspended in crystal-clear 4x4x8 acrylic.

Each cube may contain (but is not limited to):

•    Hand-painted spoons from countless visits.
•    Colorful reminders of seeking comfort.
•    Evidence of self-soothing without shame.
•    Fragments of joy found in small moments.
•    And every spoonful of sweetness I refused to feel guilty about.

Each piece captures finding comfort where you find it, painting over the shame. Because we are not our coping mechanisms.

Warning:

Contains traces of radical self-compassion. May cause sudden urges to stop apologizing for being human. Comfort doesn't need justification.

Each cube represents collecting evidence of your humanity, transforming it with paint and love, and discovering you're still completely, powerfully whole.

Seeking joy doesn't make you weak-allowing yourself sweetness is its own kind of gorgeous.
We are defined by our refusal to apologize for being human.

Each liberation blend is unique. We'll choose one for you—trust the process of letting go.
