Years of painted mannequins, cut up and suspended in crystal-clear 8x8x8 acrylic. Each cube may contain (but is not limited to):
 
•    Cut up painted mannequin parts (false forms destroyed)
•    Fragmented fiberglass bodies (impossible standards shattered)
•    Pieces of idealized shapes society sold me.
•    Painted surfaces that could never feel.
•    And every version of perfection I tried to wear like skin.
 
Each piece captures destroying the fake bodies I thought I should become. Because we are not the shapes society demands. We are defined by our courage to live in our own skin.

Each cube represents destroying the idealized bodies we're told to become, and discovering you're still completely, powerfully whole in your own imperfect skin. You shouldn't look like something manufactured-living 1n your actual body is its own kind of gorgeous.
