Sometimes you don’t know when inspiration will strike. Or rather, you don’t realize it strikes continuously 24/7. Everything I see, I am inspired by. Everything I feel, hear, breath will influence my work in the future. I created this mixed media piece over 10 years ago. I don’t remember why I did it or even how. I have tried to recreate it, but can’t. Not in the same way. It is a conglomeration of collected items that I loved. That are part of my life.
Without realizing it it was the beginning of most of my work since.
